So Anthony Andro (FSSW) gave me an update on Mitch Moreland (via twitter) … apparently he can swing the bat just fine, but he is still not running at full speed.. so he still has a while before he is going to be cleared from the DL.

this is pretty upsetting. i really miss him playing for us.
